He may not need a file sharing site. Just compressing the .XML with a free .ZIP archive tool should shrink the ship file by a factor of about 10 or so. Unless these ships have several thousand blocks, zipping them should easily fit below the 128 Kb limit. (Also, when I set up my Dropbox, I thought the process was a bit of a headache.
