[2.0.x] Projectiles hitting blocks behind the blocks that should be hit instead, nearly every time.

I've tested this extensively and projectiles are hitting blocks of a ship that are behind the blocks that are physically being hit. This happens nearly every time, depending on the velocity of the projectile and the angle of the hit. Sometimes projectiles will hit the blocks on the opposite side of a ship. It's extremely noticeable when shooting a player ship without any integrity generators, the blocks that get destroyed will be behind the blocks that should be hit. Hitscan weapons just as lasers work correctly. This is an easily reproduce-able issue because it happens with 90% of projectile weapons.

This is a pretty serious issue considering the game's combat is supposed to be about destroying ships block by block, but you're destroying blocks inside of ships or on the other side of ships.
