bug Borderless Windowed mode flickering when switching screens

Whenever I switch screen the game flickers as if its changing to windowed mode then back to borderless. I've tried multiple things to resolve this, but none seem to work.
I've tried . . . 
 - Setting nvidia settings position and size setting
 - Setting ui scale to 1 (although it was already at 1 )
 - Tried using launcher option  -windowed -noborder and the newer form -popupwindow but both forms were errored out for not being recognized.
 - And finally tried to set compatibility mode to override dpi settings
 

Although I don't believe logs are needed for this, here is my latest client log.
