Sell torpedoes to Equipment Docks and Military installations

It's nice to loot them from enemy ships... but if I don't use them often, my torpedo bay fills up -and I can't delete them or dump them.

Would be nice if I could sell them to equipment docks (which sell them to players anyways) or at military installations to at least make a bit of money from them.

I believe you can "dump them overboard" by dragging them off the ship screen but then they just disappear. So I agree it would be nice to get some benefit from unwarted torpedos.
