Loot sector command

The game lets me automate most things, but having to fly around and manually collect loot is the most mind numbing boring thing of all since it's literally just trying to use the screen edges with lots of camera spinning to find the loot and then flying point to point. So why is it not one of the things you can just autopilot? Let me go make a sammich while my captain collects my bounty I just enjoyed creating.

Not really. Salvage command only collects the loot that pops out while salvaging. Anything still floating about as the result of the combat it ignores.

 

That said, OP, there have been a couple suggestions on this already. Here was mine if you’d like to vote and post to bump it back up:

Totally agree this needs to be a thing. It would cut out the amount of folks running backpacks with all tractor beams.
