Some Encyclopedia chapter titles are being referenced by different LUA's.

This has caused some chapter titles to be translated incorrectly.
Chapter titles should be translated as specified only by the LUA of the encyclopedia.
If it overlaps with other LUA's (item, map commands), it will cause more translation errors.

In the encyclopedia is a chapter on refining lasers.

Duplicates with variations of subsystem names.
