2.0 Blank Hull and Smart Hull feedback

Suggestion

As a builder, I think that there should be more diffrence between blank hull and smart hull.
Either give smart hull lower hp to reflect the computers/electronic/ship systems inside, or give blank hull more hp to represent more structural integrity.
I would suggest the latter, as it would futher shift the meta balance away from shield spam, and it would not penalise players (more user friendly). Also, a diffrent texture would be nice; for example the blank hull would keep the current texture and the smart hull could recive a more "technical" texture full of small pipes, wires and vents (kinda small built-in greebles)

Just to add to this: in addition to the great suggestion to add a little more differentiation between the functional and non-functional hull versions, it'd be great to revisit the relationship between hull blocks and armor. In general, you can swap in armor for hull at a 1:2 ratio and up with similar weight, half the volume, and *way* more HP.

It seems like there's a way to make each of the blocks (both hull variants and armor) have their own role; "smart" hull could be a main/important source of processing power but give less HP, blank hull could be the best and most efficient way to increase HP, and armor could stay specialized by giving less HP than blank hull and weighing considerably more.

Right now, you can (and maybe should!) just ignore hull blocks entirely. Which seems weird.

Currently, Smart Hull is worse than Blank Hull since increasing Processing Power is (usually) bad. Maybe Smart Hull could have a regen bonus and/or weigh less (somehow) and/or need no mechanics (compared to Blank Hull who needs mechanics).
