[2.0] Boost/jump not working when bound to Left Ctrl

Repro:

- Start new game

- Go to settings, put Ctrl as "Boost / Jump"

- Press W

- Press Ctrl

- Ship stops dead in it's tracks

 

Same for trying to hyperspace jump, as the ship stops moving.

 

Context: I use wasd for forward/backward left/right, q+e for rolling and alt+space for up and down while ctrl was my boost / jump button. I would like to not have to switch layouts.
