Linux Server Disk Read Spike on Load new Sector

Hello everyone,

I am running a Dedicated Linux Ubuntu 18.04 Server. Everything on the server works perfectly fine untill for some reason, "and this occurs randomly, but more frequently" someone jumps into a new Sector and the server then start to reach a Disk Throughput (read) of 1GBps+ and Disk IOPs (read) 10k iops+. In every other case the server runs completely fine as seems, we do not experience any lag, any ram shortage what so ever.

I have went through countless re-installs of the game, completely cleared and redone the server and yet the exact same issue occurs.
