Crazy Issues with Ships

Since the most recent patch I have been having major issues with ships doing their own thing. For example I had 2 escort ships and a salvager that decided to fly to a scrap yard and start scrapping causing the faction to go to war with me. I also had a pair of miners literally start trekking across the galaxy unknown areas before I finally found them in some undiscovered sector. I rage logged after the scrapyard incident for the night and the next morning imagine when my surprise I now have two duped  escort ships. Only two of the ships show up in my fleet log but all 4 were fully operational and I was able to get in them and move them around. I move the two in my fleet log outside our sector and changed the duped one to a different ship and it caused the one I had in fleet along with the other echo/duped second escort. I reverted it back to its original design and thought that was the end of it. No, after replacing all my best turrets back on my escort I fast travel to the other escort in the neighboring sector where I found Escort I and II side by side. I look at the map and sure enough the one I just spent 80mil worth of turrets on is now gone.

In a similar vein I had a weird error about a ship not having a repair token, but nothing had been blown up or restored..

While setting up my ships for the portal over the barrier I noticed I had two Anastasias. I was in one looking at the other and I was very confused until I clued in they were dups. 

The dup does not have a reconstruction token, nor can one be purchased.
