I have finished two Free Slaves quests. Both quests were picked up in the same sector. When i returned to sector i have received the reward for the first quest. But the second one was not finished, nor did i trigger any any reward dialog window upon closing down the first quest dialog.
To resolve this, i had to leave the sector and enter it again.
I suggest to either implement queue for reward events for the quests or restart the event that is responsible for checking if it should run reward dialogs, when one of the old dialog window is closed.
