Shipyard - Add apply button for changes to the ship's Scaling and Volume

When i slide the sliders in shipyard's building tab, my PC freezes, this can happen a lot if i slide too much too fast. The lag takes a lot of time, up to few dozen seconds.

 

The preview of the ship needs to be generated upon clicking "apply" sort of button. Not upon changing the position of any of the two sliders (Scaling and Volume), else the game freezes, because the game generates too many previews too fast as the slider slides.
