Server will not start

I am running a server from a window 2012 Server VDS.

 

Will not load the server properly and it cannot be seen in the game window.

 

 

CPU- 3 cores of a E5-2690v2

 

Also, the ports are open in the firewall.

Silly question but have you tried restarting the whole box?

Multiple times, the problem is that it I cannot see the server or even connect to it through steam to begin with.  ( I used the steam game finder)

Server looks like it starts fine. Make sure you add the inbound rule to your servers firewall for the ports.

Server is starting up perfectly. Add "--listed true --use-steam-networking true" (without quotes) to the command line. It should be visible in the LAN connection window.

Ok, I found it through the steam browser ( Trying to get it to work with the demo version) but the demo cannot find the server.  Just says unavailable.

Demo and Steam version are NOT compatible.
