Also, i count that as a bug/unbalance, the solar panel are useless and need a buff. They should cost waaaaayy much less and make a bit more power. Factory and mine size is really important and should be gaged by the number or person aboard. Ex: 40 person = small (1 production line), 180 = medium (2), 410 = large (3), 850 = XL (4)...
