Did not receive death mail or death message. -THINGS I DID 1. checked all logs ,server and client, ship was not destroyed. (in fact crew was paid as of 3.5 hours previously) 2. explored the sector and neighboring sectors where ship was last seen 3. Checked fleet menu and mailbox thoroughly 4. shed many tears, (have ship template but rip mods and guns) :-X :'( :-X :-X :-X :-X :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( :'( Im sorry I cannot provide more details as to the nature of this issue. I was building in another sector and was headed back to get my fleet when I realized that my main battle ship was gone. EDIT: Ship had a full crew. I logged back in and one of my ships was missing, I spotted it sailing off into oblivion at full reverse thrust. We've had a few stalls which did seem to cause for players to lose their ships, it would happen while they were jumping to another sector. Lost in hyperspace so to speak. Not in a random sector... We are talking about TOTALLY FUCKING GONE! Just a good thing I make hard backups every 2-4hrs. Had this happen immediately after the patch as well. When I had last played, I had a combat ship escorting me through a sector. When I loaded in after the patch, the combat ship was gone, but the fleet screen said the ship still existed and the map showed it in the next sector over. When I jumped into that sector, the ship was nowhere to be found and was gone from the fleet list.
