multiplayer micro stuttering

Tested a server on a dedicated server. The ping I have a server is 35 - 39 and has that effect.

 

A friend who has a ping of less than 16ms does not see this effect (lives much closer)

Can you please post the server log for that instance? And please add the client log from you, too, just for good measurement :) That might give us an idea. The stutter or rubber effect is much stronger than what I would expect with your pings.

I have that same problem, but my ping does slowly increase over time too. thing is though, I am the server. dunno how my ping is ever over 0. when it gets to 500+ I restart. but it goes right back up

Do you have the same issue if you do a 'connect to LAN'? I'm very curious what's causing this, since multiple people seem to have this problem!

Yes, its actually the only way I play. its just me and my father on my server. he is 3 feet from me

Apparently I'm not the only one having this problem. Makes my cannons miss a lot :(.

If you want I can grab the (remote dedicated) server and client logs when I get home and put them here?
