If you don't write your posts in english, and if you don't keep to the forum rules you might get yourself warned or banned. This is not meant to badger people, but to keep the forum consistent. For the same reasons as there won't be a spanish, german, or japanese forum. I simply don't have time to administrate more than one forum. You're very welcome to create your own russian forum, but the official forum will remain english only. PS: I don't even speak russian, so it would be even harder for me.
