Blocks such as holograms, glow, lights, and glass don't really give any stats, but there are varieties for each tier and they look and function pretty much exactly the same.
They should all be replaced with a generic/decoration tier that only costs credits. It will reduce the total number of items in the crowded block menu quite significantly and make find things easier.
