Different languages support

DoomAngelBlade

Suggestion

Thing is. . .

http://small-games.info/?go=game&c=61&i=13073

This is russian website with a game inside.

This web-site is really popular because it is a database with all games smaller than 500 MB(They have another website for big games)

What about RUSSIAN language?

If you will add russian translation - people will play it more

(If those people from Small games will not do it by themselves.. You know . . . they crack all games almost instantly and making their own translations to popular games and so on)

Why not just let the Russian community translate the whole thing?

I never said I wouldn't let them, It's rather because there is a lot more to be done than just translation. Searching for all texts in the code and in all scripts or Encoding stuff, which is really ugly.

For now, english will have to suffice.

The font is the easiest part. The game engine itself doesn't support character sets other than ASCII I'm afraid.

Support for other languages than english would be an incredible amount of work and is at a very low priority right now.

Once the community grows I will start adding support for different languages. At the time it is a little difficult as everything changes regularly.

And a lot of texts are added via scripts, which complicates things as well.
