  1. Alright so after A LOT of help with an Experienced Lua coder, we now have a more detailed search function in the Turret Factory, there are alot of new features with it, but first I just wanted to make sure it is okay to Post an Update to the Extended Turret Factory. 

     

    Essentially These are the Features:

     

    -Find the Best DPS / Damage / Range / Efficiency.

     

    -Input Minimum values of Turret Attritubes to sort through the seeds (from worst to best)

    (Damage / DPS / Damage/slot / Range / Fire Rate / Cooldown / Shield Pen / Hull Pen / +% shield damge / +% hull damage)

     

    -Search with FIlters:

    (Non Coaxial, size .5 - size 3.5)

     

     

    Is that Okay with you to post a New Version Hammelpilaw?

     

     

    I don't know of a way to DM you so this was the next best thing.

  2. I lost two of my Legendary weapons this way, my little ship carrying them got destroyed, I came back with a bigger one and when I tried to get them back, they wouldn't go into my ship, they'd follow me around but my ship didn't seem to be able to gather them.

     

    So yes, I believe this is a bug.

  3. Yup, it happens and I think it's a bug, sometimes the ghost turret design faces the wrong way, I think it tries to follow/face the camera or something.

    Hopefully that gets fixed because it sucks when you fly your ship with a turret looking 90º upwards :P

  4. I would only need a reticle that makes you able to see what you're aiming at. At 15+ kilometers it's hard to see if you are aiming correctly. A crosshair with an empty center would be enough.

  5. Avorion ver 16.4....

    i have tried mine corp ver. 1.3,1.4,1.5b,and 1.6.....

    uninstall and reinstall game and mod multiple times....

     

    I guess we'll have to wait for somebody with scripting knowledge to update this mod for us...  :(

  6. mine corp not working...according to server log...player:payMoney not valid??

     

    What version of the game are you running? 0.15.8? or 0.16.4?

     

    Edit: An update for version 0.16 would be nice by the way.

  7. Hi! Uhm, I'm terrible at coding and I basically know nothing about it.

     

    But my problem is that I've installed the mod and I can find the mines, but I can't refurnish them at all, none of them worked. So I'm not really sure what the problem could be.. Tried to open the log but there was no errors or nothing

     

    Have you tried this yet?

     

    Since Nexus still did not update his mod, I will release my version, of which I gave him a copy on sep. 5th and is running ever since on rusty's galaxy.

    Install "MineCorp 1.5" as every other mod (copy files in your /Avorion/ folder).

    If you have a world where MineCorp is still running and you want to keep it running, then install "minecorpConverter".

     

    Downloadlink, because the mod is too big to be uploaded in the forum:

    MineCorp 1.5b

     

    Once installed do yourself a favor and have a look into /mods/Minecorp/config/config.lua. There is a lot to configure, to match your playstyle.

     

    Disclaimer: I provide this mod as is. In case of an official update, the compatibility can not be guaranteed.

    Edit: 1.5b includes "createFighterFactory", as mentioned by Hammelpilaw

    Edit2: Sadly my time is limited and I already maintain some other mods. Thus this extension has very low priority when an Avorion update comes out. Therefore I would like to give the code to somebody who has the time to maintain it. (don't be shy, I don't bite  ;D)

  8. Boy am I lovin this mod already, I had so many useless turrets lying around, I just sacrificed them all for a greater cause thanks to this mod!!  8)

     

    The turret factory mod (One can create dozens of excotic turrets, at various costs), AND THIS MOD... I am the ruler of the ... MY galaxy.

  9. Weird, I can't seem to make this mod work properly.

    I found a mine but I cannot seem to buy it, it throws a weird error in the logs:

     

     

    could not execute function 'refurbish' in "'modfiles/scripts/callMine.lua"':

    property not found or not readable: Player.payMoney

    stack traceback:

          [C]:-1: in function __index

          modfiles/scripts/callMine.lua:82: in function ?

    Setting state to invalid

     

     

    Any insight on what might cause the mod not to function will be appreciated.

     

    Mod version :1.51,

    Game version: 1.58 beta

     

    Edit: ... I might have missed a step in the configuration process somewhere...

    Edit 2: Yup It's fixed, never mind...
