Instead of losing reputation with a faction after your licence ends yet your ship keeps salvaging, game will count how many + time you salvaged the sector and shows you a bill to pay as if you were on time at renewing your licence. Or smthging to make up with reasonable payment instead of waging full on war
  2. Just like the new toggle free look option but for toggling free cursor, so instead of holding down the button hitting once frees the cursor till hitting back again.

  4. Hi! Thank you for such amazin game! I have a few ideas that very easy to make it real yet really effectively make the game more immersive!!! 1.) Spotlight Block. Its a simple light block just like any other in the game but unlike others this has a projectile of lighting. I noticed the game has amazing lighting effects already built in so having such a block will be Amazing!! It would be like bigger the block stronger the light etc... This block can be turned on and off when its needed and as the material used plus the size changes the energy it requares is also. So It wont break the game but add much more! 2.) Pitch black sectors. In all sectors there is a star to cast light. But if we have Spotlight Block then we can have such sectors without a star. Just imagine how exciting it would be to fight with ships in pitch black seeing their lights only which btw means regular ships should have spotlights and regular lights etc like real life planes as obligatory... Just imagine the beautiful creation this comminuty will make with those! 3.) This is just a simple humble request for making our job on building a lot more easy... Paint All Button... Simply an option to paint all the blocks to selected color. Thank you Very MUCH!!! :) :D ;D

  9. Ok thank you very much but can you tell me about which weapon to use 'against' stations to destroy them?
  10. Can you guys please explain me about what weapon types are good for what? For example what is the exact difference between lasers and teslas? Or what is lighting gun good at? Or what is the difference between canons and missiles? Which weapon is best for stations? Etc.. Thank you...
  11. The values were acting completely vice versa when there's certain buffs on some turret factories (damage). So I added some lines that says something about set percentage and such. This made it go as expected ways, like if you put more you get more or if you put less you get less. But still numbers were off. Why? Because you CAN'T find a gun in xanion quality that does 7k dps or 3k dmg per hit. Also SAME guns were dealing LITERALLY minus damages just because you put 5 less goodies. I said ok those numbers needs fixing. I tested... Not put numbers on my head but tested! If it goes minus then we need to decrease the percentage of the investfactor right? Who wants a canon which has only 2k range? Do you find any so far in the game other than building it with this 'bug'? So i dropped the numbers. Also WHY all other perfectly working fine weapons has those CERTAIN lines on them when some specific ones don't which is the irony the ones having such issues? I always kept an eye on the other weapons coding. For example you could build a tesla turret at 8k dps at max and minus 2k at min. Interestingly that invest factor on the tesla damage was 3.0 when every other weapon is 0.2 or 0.3 0.75 max! Then guess what? After putting the number down to 0.2 "just like others" it had 1.5k max "best case" which is very possible to find such gun and 500 min. I am not a good programmer nor anything but so far this much i could do for a really annoying 'bug' for me. Without stating it as an ultimate must have thing or anything. After all we are trying to help the devs here. So its very possible that my way is not the right one but for now its A way and if you have a better solution to this instead of living with the bug till devs fix it please feel free to share it...
  12. Mining and salvage laser damage and ranges were weird. Either too far away or literally nothing. Fixed that one and also launchers warhead stuff was getting wonky if it had a damage buff fixed that too and a bit more balancing on tesla and laser so those are not 7k dps at max anymore or minus at lowest. Also cannon turret damage is fixed as well. Some turret factories are fine but with certain buffs glitches getting appeared so as i discover them, i am fixing them. That's why its getting updated. Please have Awesome fun with your custom turrets like mine! Thank you

  14. I am no coder nor dev. I just did my best to help the devs get rid of very annoying bug. Yes what i did was ruined the balance but by working on it little more i managed to put numbers right. To me its going to negative numbers or insanely high is a 'bug' and right now I am playing the game without it nor any op gun. You are right about disagreeing this fix because intention of it is address this bug to developers in a different way that they might miss it before... Thank you.

  17. HI GUYS!! I AM very EXCITED! This annoying bug since the beginning that glitches the damage and other stuff of certain turrets at turret factory when you increase the amount of goods and expecting a better stats instead its going rock bottom or even to minus! I found the FIX!!! I checked the turretfactory.lua and noticed that those SPECIFIC turrets and specific goods have some MISSING lines at coding. I simply replaced the missing parst by copy pasting from unbugged turrets and "guest" the values for them and it FIXED! Originally it was like this And this is what i did I have no idea if i put too high or low value because me no dev or anything but point is this made the turret factory work proper again! So DEVS PLEASE put this in the game ASAP! I put the modified turretfactory.lua in the attachment. Can download and put it in \Steam\steamapps\common\Avorion\data\scripts\entity\merchants folder and play one less bug!!! ( Version 0,15,7 r10230) THANK YOU! ... Man i am happy, and excited... Shaking a bit too for no reason ;D Editted: The "investFactor = 0.2" this number was 2.0 which was brokenly op or no damage when deacreased the amount. Obviously right number was 0,2 not 2,0 ;D! Sorry for mistake ... Told you I am no dev or anything Edit2: Worked on it little more and now launchers and salvage turrets mining turrets are also working normal turretfactory.lua has been updated you can simply copy paste it to your game's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Avorion\data\scripts\entity\merchants file and play (version 1.5.230). turretfactory.zip
  18. Hello! My name is Omar and I am from Turkey. I am 21 years old and currently in uni studying on mecatronik engineering. This game is my childhood dream came true and my most played favorite game already. That's why I really want to help the devs and translating it to Turkish is best i can do about it. My country has a good gaming market but one very well known problem about it is very few gamers knows English good enough or any at all. I am seeing a lot of people who are not buying or playing certain games just because they can't understand the language even though they loved it! So I believe by translating it to Turkish will benefit this games community and devs budget greatly. If you consider this i would be very glad to help. As i mentioned i am still in uni and I wont be available during school time, but at summer and mid seasons i will be free to work on it and do my best to catch up. If not school season I usually play the game for quite some hours so will be able to gladly spend that time with translating and helping the devs. Thank you
  19. Hi! I love avorion! Its amazing and thank you for such awesome game! I have an idea to make it even better! I am playing this game with my wife as me being a bulky armored arm to teeth battleship and her with a more like a utility ship with a lot of mining, salvaging lasers and a huge cargohold to store stuff we found on the way. Basically I am keeping us alive and she is providing resources and money to us! But problem is with current version of the game it's not that necessary to have multiple ships specialized in certain areas because with a big bulky ship i have let's say i need fire power then swap some chips and put on some guns, or if i need mining or salvaging again swap some chips put on some lasers and done! Well this is a good thing in a way but it also makes it a lot less meaningful to have a ship specialized on something other than combat. To fix this i have a few ideas. Right now mining chips "system upgrades" near useless because only 5k mine showing range on the best one, well i believe you can very easily find an ore in this close range with those awesome glows. But if it had something around 25k range WITH a bonus efficiency and/or damage bonus to mining lasers then i could use those things to have a 100% "best case, best grade" mining efficiency with improved damage which would make a lot more sense and reason to have such a ship or co op player dedicated to this! Same goes for salvaging as well. Also one more thing is scanner upgrades. I am in a big chunky bulky ship slow and heavy thus i cant get in much close to things to check if they have cargo or not. So either i have to stack up to 5 legendary scanner upgrade "which is ridiculous" to be able to check out the cargo on wreckages OR make a very long hologram stick to fake my range by breaking all the immersion of this awesome game! So instead of a 110% scanner range on a legendary chip it should be around 300% to increase that 200m distance to atleast a reasonable 1k. These are not that hard of a changes but still would make the game a lot more impressive and gives the ships certain builds instead of saying "bigger is always better no matter what you use it for". Please atleast consider the idea of having certain characteristic builds on ships. One last thing. Game gives you a feeling of being chased and under constant pressure for no reason which forces you to always build a battle ship even tho you wanna avoid combat when playing the game and limiting your freedom on it by always sending xsotan or pirate spawns constantly! Yes those are awesome events and has a lot of immersion to add but sometimes you are getting extremely annoyed by infinite amount of alien and pirate spams coming to you in middle of nowhere at an empty space when you are building or when you are mining peacefully! There must be a limit of those spawns like after one spawn on a sector game should wait for you to jump another sector to spawn them again. And those spawning enemies shouldn't be timed like every 15 minutes instead should be very random, like maybe at 30. Minute or at 2. Minute! Whenever I found a good resourceful asteroid field I can't simply have some peace and mine myself some big rocks or salvage in a salvaging sector! This is really annoying. The game should give you a way of playing the game without any or very minimal weaponry used. I mean i know there must be combat involved no matter what but instead of having 10 weapons and 1 unarmed i should be able to progress through the game with 6 unarmed and 4 armed turrets as a civilian, utility ship. Please consider these ideas because i believe with your masterful hands these will make the already unique game even better. Thank you...
  20. I am very amazed. I stopped playing games because of university and now when I checked what's new i was suprised! I am literally starting to learn German "I hope devs are from Germany" just because I want to visit the devs of Avorion! Yes I do such stuff ;D.
