  1. I think it would be nice that when someone reveals his home sector to you, it is uncovered on the map
  2. Nice idea, it could be implemented together with boarding to dock at enemy vessels.
  3. i would rather allow players to deactivate or regulate the workload of certain modules and make detection based on that. like deactivating shields and cruising at 5% speed.
  4. an idea taken out of the book series "heliosphere2265": jump-disrupting stations. they need a lot of energy, but deployed at the edge of your territory they throw every ship passing trough their sector out of the jump.
  5. i just made a new thread about some changes I'd like to the alliances, and one of them was economical: add humans as a resource, and then train them as crew or workers. this way, commodity's are needed, while also making acquiring crew more interesting.
  6. at the moment we can found alliances, but contrary to the in-game wiki they aren't full fledged factions. How about: enabling alliances to build any kind of station and portal, and instead reduce the amount of portals in the galaxy. Allow them to tax players and form a simplistic government. Add humans as a resource to produce and “sell” as crew on stations. Add a bargaining system that would make the game a lot more interesting, and could potentially build an immersive economy. i know this will be a pain to implement, but i think many players will like it.
  7. please implement the possibility to rotate your spaceships camera angle. At the moment you are pretty much forced to build flat vehicles or zoom out if you want to build along the y-axis without selecting yourself. it would also make awesome x-wing like builds possible. | + --> x |
