you enter in your appdata avorion folder, there is another folder named ships, you can find your ship designs there as a.xml file named after your ship. You can share that on the forums.

thanks. Maybe we will have a scale for it, just like blocks, without increase in damage maybe, or increase exponentially the bigger you make it, so you can make some neat looking cruisers

Hey there guys, quick question. Right now you can make big ships, different sizes. Is there a way to make the tirrets bigger? Cause I made a fancy battle ship, which is pretty big, but hey, turrets are the size of my drone. Thanks in advance

I can confirm that it works following your steps. your ships will be there waiting for you.

I know about the efficiency. I seelected it, it shows the resources no problem. Tried from different angles, tried to destroy the engines first. The thing is, it doesnt do any damage to the ship and I do not understand why. I can't salvage any wrecks even though I found a big scrapyard. I left my turrets on auto fire for the past 10 minutes, nothing. ANyone hase some more experience with the salvaging part? Thanks

So About salvaging, haven't seen it answered before. Does it matter what kind of turret you are using t salvage? Can I salvage titanium with iron turrets? I am asking this because I have tried it and it works and it doesnt, my turret shoots somewhere random in the sky, then gets on the wreck. After a few seconds it sxplodes, doesnt show damage, gives like 10 titanium, then again doesnt work. Also, sometime when i select the wreck it doesnt show me the amount of resources it has, is it a visual bug? or the wreck doesnt have resources? Any advices or answers? thanks L.E. I found out that forcing closing your game will make your salvaging turrets working again. Only thing, your ships will dissapeear ad you have to retrace your steps to it.

How do you identify a claimable asteroid?

would you reccomend one to start with? That maybe has some good asteroids fields for begining or a scrapyard close?

A curiosity. You can import ship plans only from the ones that are made ingame in the ship builder? Or you can use 3rd party programs in order to make ships then import the plans?

I have found a bug where if you crash in something solid like a station or an asteroid and your turrets are ripped from your spaceship( the block that is underneath is broken), your turrets fly around you but when you collect them it multiplies them. By accident i crashed into a station 3 times and each time i repaired my ship and mounted my mining lasers back. And I saw that I have 8 turrets in inventory instead of 2. This can be easily abused to make a lot of fast cash.

I thought instead ofmaking a bunch of thread I should make 1 post where i will have my questions. Thanks to everyon that helps me. 1. Asteroid shows 10k titanium on it but when I mined it it only gives me like 10% of that. It is because I need to use higher level mining lasers? I curently use double iron ones. 2. Mining stations and Docks. I heard you can have those, do you have to build them? Buy them? COnquer them? 3. Is there a way to make your fleet follow you in different sectors? I would help fighting multiple pirates. 4. Can you upgrade your mining system so you can see what kind of resources are in a sector from the galaxy map? 5. Where can you train your crew in order to become better? More to come if I have more. Thanks. I have been looking on the wiki and the forums on how to set up a ship to auto mine a sector. Is there a tutorial somwhere? or how do I command my ship to do so? Thanks and sorry if this question was already answered.
