So, um. When can I play your game? :'(

I used the normal control steering (mouse steering), then I changed to keyboard steering to try it out. I didn't like it because it was wonky as hell, so I tried to change back, but the game wouldn't let me. I can't possibly play the game like this. I am unable to select the mouse controls option (unselectable). Here is a video of the issue: Additionally, I looked through the settings.ini, hoping there would be a "use mouse controls = true" or something, but there wasn't anything like that. I also reinstalled to see if it would reset the settings, but that didn't work either. I've attached the log file.
