  1. How to clear a system of npcs living there - just idle in space and watch pirates and Xsotan unite to kill everyone.. There should be a reinforcement system for local militia too. I mean how did they survive until i came across? Cant be the player has to police the universe. Another idea would be to implement some kind of "call for help" beacon the player can buy and place if he is at a certain reputation.
  2. I have bandits in a close-to-center NPC system (with research, shipyard and so on) and they destroyed all defending ships. Now no more npc ships are there to defend and the bandits start chewing on the stations. Please implement some kind of reinforcements for the defending faction from time to time. Or let the bandits leave when they killed all NPC ships in the system (or did a specific amount of damage). I dont want to defent everyone i come across, if they cannot handle a few raiders they should not live close to the center :P
  3. So i started to build factorys to test production stuff. I didnt want to fight against pirates and aliens all the time so i decided to befriend the local pirates to do the dirty work for me. Everything went fine for a while but now the system starts to fill up with friendly pirates (67 so far). As far as i noticed there is a cap for alien ships in a system, at least they stop spawning if there are already several ones. My system can keep up for now but i dont know how long that will last...
