Dirtyredz, Thanks for the help figuring out what I had done wrong. If people read this make sure you have this mod installed before you mine any asteroid it will make it much easier. Other wise you will need to go to each sector and and regen set a number to spawn. Mod is working well now that my error was found. Crazey Wayne

My server host installed the latest version of your mod for me and all Avorion seevers they host if renter want it, but after editing the config file restarting the server and using /regen start and /regen now, and getting an alert when I entered the sector I see no asteroids that can be mined. Does it take some time to spawn them? https://low.ms/

Server side only?

since the galaxy/sector files are saved on the server, the server-side scripts need all to be installed, sry about that! My question is does everyone have to have it installed on there client if there not going to use it and I have it installed on the server? I have a friend that can never install mods correctly with out a loader, so can he connect to my server where this mod is installed but he has none of it on his client? a player is not required to have any scripts installed at all. and even without client-install, everybody can use the /findstation chat command! only the search UI and therefore /findstationui require client files to be installed! Thants the answer I wanted to hear thank you very much.

I was asking because of some mods I liked as in; [Mod] Captined ship salvage command [Mod][beta] MineCorp [Mod] Casino "Gambling [MOD] Regenerative Asteroid Fields [Mod] Highlight other players in sector [Mod] Compass-like Gate Pixel Icons I one did not see if they said everyone had to have it or two did not understand the instructions.

If a mod is on a server do all players on the server need to have it on there client? What I mean is, can a person with a basic client connect to a moded server and play? I know they might not get the benefit of the mod.

Hello, If the information about Dedicated Server specs is here some where I could not find it. So I am asking if this old system of mine could run a Dedicated Server for about 5 players. The info is right from Steams system info; Crazey Wayne
