Display 1: x: -1920, y: -196, w: 1920, h: 1080

It looks like one of your screens is a little off and this could be the cause of the problems. A simple indication that this is the cause is that you can unplug the second screen and try again. Please let me know if this worked so I can isolate the problem further.

Logfiles are located here by default:

Windows: %appdata%\Avorion
Linux: ~/.avorion/

Server logfiles can be found in the galaxies subfolder.
