That sounds great, alternatively you can get an NPC jammer-ship / container that you need to carry into the system to block the transmission and which only lasts for the time of the mission, afterwards it self-destructs. -

Damage to Crew would also be interesting to have specialised / inhumane weapons that are designed to leave the ship more or less intact, but kill the crew, making it easier to take over the ship via boarding. -
I like the idea, but I would prefer enemy vessels trying to board my ships with something like that. Problem is, that you usually deal with MANY ships and its impossible to keep track of your one or two specialised boarding ships with zombies on them (at least in the current Galaxy / Fleet UI) Having this as some sort of Alien threat, maybe by the Xsostan, would be great.

it would also be great so see in the galaxy map + ship list, which type of captain you have on which ship, and its cargo status. as well as any problems the ship might have (damaged, etc.)

100% agree, why should I even arm Mining ships if they dont fight back?! -

100% agree, it is very annoying that ships either do not really defend themselves or their escort targets - they just passively idle while my transporter gets blown up... SAD :-( -

Factions could use some work, buts its already on the roadmap, some of the ideas here are good imho, but not all of them. I would love to see logos on maps for example, but I am not a big fan of factions claiming everything within their borders - that would leave the player to have nothing to do in the end...- 1 reply
