Isuelt - The Builder

I setup a dedicated server, made the modconfig.lua file and the mods downloaded fine and they've been working fine. A couple of mods have updated in the workshop, but the server doesn't seem to be updating to version in the workshop ? I tried deleting the mod folder on the server - hoping for a re-download but that didn't work. How do I force a workshop mod update on dedicated server ?
