Any more news on this? I just had to switch my server to not use authentication. Wasn't having an issue before - but seemed to start today with a connection issue :-X Grateful for any background information as to why this is the temporary fix. Much Thanks!! :)

This looks terrific!! :o I've been collecting a bunch of resources on setting up & managing your own personal dedicated server. Was just starting to get into Mod management :) Thanks for all the hard work on this!! I'm working in a linux environment so I'll post back with any updates.

I also had trouble finding the Avorion directory after install, in the end I found it here: /root/.steam/steamcmd/avorion/
